We had booked with this company several weeks in advance. I bought a plane ticket for my 3 yr old and I to fly to IL and told them the date I needed the car picked up by and even gave them a week to make sure it was done. Every time I called they told me the same thing that they were working on it and they would take care of it and to just be patient. I even called the manager and she never got back to me. Several days went by and nothing. This is a horrible company and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone! Look elsewhere!!
